Cancellation Policy
Please understand that your appointment time is reserved specifically for you! I value your business and ask that you respect my scheduling policies.
Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost.
Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification (no-shows) will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
